The challenge
Electrical work is won or lost in the first minute of a search. Someone with a tripped switchboard or a burning smell is not browsing, they are calling whoever appears first and looks credible.
The business needed a site that covered a wide service range, from emergency faults through to EV charger installation, without burying any of it, and that made calling effortless on a phone.
What we did
We structured the site around how people actually search: a page for each distinct job type rather than one long services list. Someone searching for a switchboard upgrade lands on switchboard upgrades, not a homepage.
Every page leads to the same two actions, call now or request a quote, with tap-to-call throughout. Google Business Profile reviews are surfaced on the site so the social proof does its job before anyone dials.
What was delivered
- Service pages covering emergency faults, residential, commercial, switchboards, safety checks, EV chargers, CCTV and NDIS work
- Tap-to-call and quote capture on every page
- Local SEO structure with service-area targeting
- Google reviews integrated into the site
- Mobile-first build, since most emergency searches happen on a phone
